Support Young People to become Safe Drivers through L2P
Love driving and want to give back to your community?
L2P is the volunteering opportunity for you!
Come join our fantastic group of L2P Mentors who contribute over 2000 hours of their great driving knowledge to young people in our community every single year!
The L2P Program will match you with a young person to share your extensive road knowledge with and help the young person work towards being a safe, happy and responsible P plater.
To volunteer in the L2P program as a Mentor you need to :
- be able to commit two hours per week to support your learner driver
- be at least 25 years of age
- be able to obtain or currently hold a Working With Children’s Check
- be a holder of a current full Victorian Drivers Licence
- be able to commit to a minimum of 6 months of volunteering
We will provide you with VicRoads L2P Mentor training including an online module and hands on training at no cost.

Our L2P vehicles have a five star ANCAP safety rating are fully maintained and serviced by our Program partners at Garry & Warren Smith Dealerships.
